Born in Istanbul, she has studied Graphic Arts at Braunschweig Academy, Germany. After returning to Turkey she concentrated on studying oil painting techniques at various painting studios that she attended. In the meantime she also started working on miniatures and gilding. She has had many exhibitions in Istanbul and showed her work as part of the Istanbul Art Fairs of 1994, 1995 and 1998. |
